Ceremony Style Setup:
Ballroom:
The ballroom is used as a backup space for the wedding ceremony in the event of inclement weather that prevents the usage of the garden.

Head Table
The bay window area can fit one round table up to 10 people or a 8 ft table for 4 people.
Head table larger than 10 people will be set in front of the fireplace. This set up format will reduce the ballroom’s overall seating capacity.
Ballroom:
The ballroom can seat up to 110-120 guests (11 or 12 round tables) with maximum of 10 guests per each round table.
Veranda:
The veranda can also be used for additional seating during the months of May-October or (when weather permits for outside seating). The veranda can seat up to 100 guests (10 round tables) with maximum of 10 guests per each round table.
**The Mansion is not air conditioned**
